Shipping Policy

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

• Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time; details are noted on product pages.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Rates

• Standard U.S. shipping: 5–7 business days.

• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

• International shipping is available. Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging

• Every order is packaged with care to ensure safe delivery.

• Fragile and large works may ship via specialized art couriers for added protection.

Lost or Damaged Items

• If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

• escoto.art is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but lost or stolen thereafter.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

• Original artwork and limited editions are final sale, unless damaged or defective.

• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

Condition of Returns

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Exchanges may be made for items of equal or greater value. Customers are responsible for any price difference and shipping costs.
