Commissions:

1. Pricing Terms: $4 per square inch, and require a non-refundable 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due when the piece is completed.

2. Art Discovery Session: we agree on theme and general color scheme. I have to approve the reference picture, if any, to ensure it meets my quality requirements.

3. The Underpainting: Two revisions are allowed during the underpainting phase. Once the underpainting is complete, no more changes are allowed.

4. Pack & Ship: Oil glazes need time to dry enough for safe packing and shipping. This can take several weeks. As soon as possible, the piece will be protected and packed for safe shipping.

Example: if you would like a 20in x 20in piece, the total price would be $1,600, and the deposit would be $800. A final payment of $800 would be due upon completion, before shipment.
